Happy to report my HU dosage was reduced again today. It was also reduced in April. Been on it now for two years so these reductions make me happy. Platelets are below 250.

Congrats Smoothie. I've been on HU for 2 years now and slowly reduced dosage from 1500mg/day to 1000 3 days and 500 the other 4. I'm amazed but it's working and so very happy you are seeing the same thing. Continued progress and best wishes.
