I was diagnosed ET before 3 years and was on Asprin 75mg with no additional medication. My platelet number was increased from 750 to 1250 .I have checked my platelets every three months . by this time my platelets become 1056. It makes me surprised .Alongside the MPV level become low(6.3) and RDWsd become also low. (38.2). and I have bone pain, headache and full of fatigue. Can any body has this experience ??? platelet number starts to decrease ...is it normal?? how about the low MPV and Low RDWsd mean??

Too little information to really know what is going on. This needs further assessment. I would suggest asking about an iron panel and perhaps a Vit B/folate assessment. Your MPN care team should be able to advise if anything else would be indicated.
If you have been diagnosed with ET and your PLT count has been ranging between 750 and 1250 for 3 years without intervention (with the exception of 81 mg aspirin) and it is 1056 now, my question to your doctor would be, why in heaven's name haven't you been started on Hydroxurea by now?
The upper 'standard' limit for PLT count is 400 and it is not uncommon to just take 81 mg aspirin and continue 'watchful waiting' if your PLT count is 500 - 600, but a PLT count above that requires intervention ASAP to get that PLT count back down to at least below 600.
If you aren't seeing a hemotologist now, then your doctor should refer you to one ASAP.
