On for 5 weeks at 5 mg twice a day. Fatigue, nausea snd insomnia. Hct today was 36.5 down from 39.5 from just 2 weeks ago! Hemoglobin 13.5 down to 12.5. Bilirubin up! Now thinking it was mistake to go off Besremi. My Hct/hemoglobin was stable on Besremi. I stopped due to anxiety and depression and hair loss. I also have other autoimmune diseases, but they were stable on Besremi aside from the hair loss. Alopecia areata. See my mpn specialist tomorrow. Thinking I should take a break from Meds and then work on med for depression/anxiety. Thinking it might be best to restart Besremi after Hct rises, considering I was at 50 mcgs every 2 weeks. Never felt this bad on Besremi. ☹️. Hair loss is better than feeling like crap and unable to work. I have only been dx wth Mpn for 13 mons. So much to take in and consider!

if you decide to stay on Rux you could reduce the dose if agreed with your doc, eg split a 5mg so you are on 5mg+2.5mg, you would most likely see your reds rise a bit
