Hi, I started Jackafi 5 mg twice a day about 5 weeks ago. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? Thank you in advance for any feedback?

Yes, all of the above, and I put on weight. I have to admit I have always been a poor sleeper and fatigue was getting worse ,but not as bad. on hydroxy, and I am 71. However, after about 3 months things settled down, this was with the help of regular walking, anti- inflammatory diet, and cutting out alcohol .I can't run anymore but am feeling fine, sleeping well, and enjoying life.

Good luck and beast wishes.

I would have thought it unlikely especially at such a low dose, if it is the Rux your body may adjust to it. I am on 20+17.5 mg for PV and have no symptoms really, fatigue yes but something like 92% with MPN have fatigue and I had fatigue pre Rux, some inclination for weight increase but fixable with some exercise and eating properly, not dieting.

One way to check is with your docs ok with it is to come off the meds and see if symptoms go, if doing this check with doc re tapering off Rux, also your body may adjust to meds if you stay on them but 5 weeks is a reasonable trial period
