After sending off for various medications bags to transport my 3 Peg jabs Ifound a cooler lunch bag best. I armed myself with plastic bags with zip seals so that I can request ice if needed. I also bought a little fridge thermometer. I’m finding small frozen bottles of water and the small medical ice packs good. The small ice packs freeze easily in hotel room fridges.Currently 1/2 way through a 6 week tour of Australasia. Some flights will take your bag off you and store in their fridge if not they will freeze your blocks or give you ice.

Many thanks to someone one this site who suggested the zip freezer bags . A godsend!

Every pharmacy in Australia will have a sharps bin for your spent jabs.

brilliant I too have managed with the small bag plus ice & always somewhere to scrounge some plus the gel ice bag initially I put in from home freezer. I do leave the interferon in their box though . Happy travels . I am off road tripping through Spain so will be on the ice refill ha . 👍
