Paraneoplastic disorder associated with MF

I was diagnosed with MF last year and from around that time I've suffered tingling which has spread from my extremities to most of my body. In case it was made worse by ruxolitinib, I've paused that but the tingling has continued. I've had most of the other tests to make sure it is not due to vitamin B or iron deficiency etc I'm still awaiting some more results. I've seen a neurologist who thinks it might be paraneoplastic disease. I've read that can be associated with tumour type cancer. Has anyone here had similar problems?
