If doctor diagnoses that a patient with ET enters in a BPhase, can ASCT help him if it happens in the beggining, or the outcome still remains dismal as i read?

The chances of progressing into blast phase from ET are rather low. This would usually occur post-progression to MF as I understand it. There are a number of risk factors associated with this kind of progression. Here is one example of the literature on this. nature.com/articles/bcj201595

Some people who do progress into MF from ET are candidates for stem cell transplant. It is a curative treatment but comes with significant risks.

Hopefully this will remain a hypothetical concern. All the best to you both.
