Might shea butter help? You can get it from the Body Shop, I think, or Google will have some ideas as to suppliers. I know it's supposed to help with dark blotches on the back of one's hands, except I can never be bothered to use it.....
Thank you. I’ll give it a try
Hi Instow1, it would be best to get these checked by your GP to find out what they are and any possible causes. Best wishes, Maz
Mazcd is correct. this is something to have checked out. it could be a number of different things, including a side effect of HU (which can have a number of dermal side effects). It is best not to make any assumptions. I would also be sure to let your MPN care team to know ASAP.

Hi lnstow l also take hydroxy and developed dark patches on my cheeks that very sometimes dark the not so dark. I have taken to using Nivea Cellular cream l think it helps. Worst thing to do is forget to use daily 50 sun block and also wear a sun hat if you can.😊
Thank you for your reply. Ido use nivea. But not sun block. Which must start using. Thanks again
Hi Nivea "luminous anti dark spot"
I’ll try that thanks
