Do any of you take this?

Golden paste is antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory, making it great for helping your body to heal as well as reduce the symptoms of inflammation.

I seem to recall reading here that the turmeric and ET may not be a good fit due to bleeding? I could be mistaken!

Hi Irish Hiker - That sounds interesting. What is Golden Paste and where can you get it? Does it have a brand name? I have MF and on Ruxo but feeling very well generally but I have zero antibodies and would welcome a supplement that might reduce inflammation and so help me if I should be unlucky enough to get ‘the virus’!

I have seen it online as well being marketed.

Thanks for this! I see it’s based on Turmeric which I’ve been hesitating about as I’m on low-dose aspirin. I’ll check it out. 👍

That was why I questioned its use because it thins the blood.

I take turmeric/bioperine tablets (95% curcumin) for its anti-inflammatory properties. The problem with turmeric is that it is not absorbed very easily plus you need high amounts for any effect. Pepper enhances the absorption (hence the pepper in the recipe I imagine). Remember to check with your haematologist for any supplement you would like to take.

Hi I took turmeric for a while until I started having large bruises . The heamo advised me to stop. Others swear by it we are all so different.

Thank you for your input. I bruise even if you sneeze at me! So probably will avoid taking it as well.
