I posted some 2 years ago, got a second opinion from another doctor but I was told that my hematologist is doing the right thing. Unfortunately, where I am, we do not have any one else that I can consult. Hence I will do a visit to the US to see an expert.

Welcome! There are many good mpn specialists in the US. Check out MD Anderson, Mayo Clinic, John Hopkins, and Cornell just to mention a few, there are many others. See the list on mpn forum.com
