I am so sorry that you are receiving such dreadful service. I will pray that it soon improves.

I have been having shocking treatment for the last few years Enough was Enough so got in touch with my GP and asked to change hospitals which she did. I now have a face to face with new haemotoligist next Thursday.

That is just plain ridiculous. And intolerable. I would file a formal complaint with the hospital system. Unless there is a spectacular MPN Specialist there, I would also change my provider. That sort of thing is just not acceptable.

I had something similar with a blood test. When I went for it, they said they had no record and if I had booked the appt I mustn't have confirmed it. It seems for some reason my appt. got deleted. They did fit me in and took my blood, but I was treated like a naughty schoolgirl but then I never got the results. Luckily my Haematologist did get them. I do have proof that the appointment was confirmed but there has been no apology for their mistake. It worked out ok for me but your situation sounds like a monumental cockup. I hope they look after you better in the future.
