Can anyone shed a light on those little “blood spots” on the inside of my arm. What can they be? Why do I keep getting those? They just appear overnight. I’m on aspirin only at the moment. Platelets level going up again but treatment to re start soon. Decision time for me, as to witch treatment.. Thank you

Little blood spots
It is a bit hard to tell, but the pics look like a small ecchymosis, bleeding under the skin. This is a common side effect of aspirin.online.epocrates.com/drugs/...

Do note that when you have thrombocytosis you can also have hemorrhaging as a symptom. This includes unexplained bruising. I also have had unexplained bruising when on aspirin.
Be sure to let you hematologist know that you are experiencing this symptom. It is relevant to your MPN treatment decision. Since you are making decisions, here are a couple fo good articles.

Hope that helps
Possibly, it's senile purpura (horrible name!). I get a few occasionally. They don't last long. Mine look like yours. dermnetnz.org/topics/senile...
I developed purple spits on inner surfaceo of left arm (purpura) early June.Conveniently my appt was due and I saw the haematologist,no explanation was told to stop aspirin but 2 weeks later told to resume it.
I had recently changed treatment from hydrea to Ruxolutinib and baby aspirin..
I had some previous concerns re the Aspirin as I tend to bleed easily and had haemorrhaged following recent surgery.
I was told aspirin is an important element of my treatment. I have primary myelofibrosis diagnosed nearly 3 years ago ,also I am an “oldie” 84..
Hope you find the answers and reassurance you are seeking
Best wishes
