I had a bleed over my eye the day after the covid jab. Had the expected side effects; tired, achey, generally ropey. Then the next day I woke up with a spontaneous black eye that I watched spread over my upper eyelid during the morning.
Platelet count was as expected, so no change. Doc said nothing neurological. But could be an anomaly due to disorder, but not necessarily due to the vaccine?
Anyone else had similar?

I woke up one morning with a black eye, well before having the vaccine, the bruising took a while to go away. It wasn't a massive bruise but it didn't look very nice! No idea what caused it, presumed the ET/drugs as I often get random bruises.
Oh! Of all the strange symptoms of ET, I haven't heard of that before. It's so hard to know what the right questions are, so I never thought to ask about this. So it's probably just a coincidence then? It's very strange because it's the first time I've had anything like this and to have it the day after the jab was very worrying.
Thank you for your reply. At least I know now that this kind of thing can happen anyway.
