Low MCH MCV?

Just a question to anyone else with ET who has dropping MCH & MCV levels, they were previously ok but getting lower each time, I’ve had varying reasons given for this & would be grateful for anyone else’s experience before I try to speak to my consultant again

I’ve been told it could be to do with periods so wondered if men also have lower levels

Also anaemia is mentioned but I don’t have any other signs of that & eat a very iron rich diet, my GP said I am just managing to keep red blood cells ok by eating well but it shows in the MCH/MCV

Sorry, I don't have an answer to this question, but I am having the exact same trend in my blood tests over the past year, my hematologist never mentions it. Best wishes to you. I am ET Jak+
