Going on hormones with ET

Question for all the females out there with ET.... I am 51 and thinking about going on hormones- all plant based- bio, identical. My Heam does not think it should raise my platelettes. Anyone have a good or bad experience while on them, with ET? Thank you!

Could I ask what you take please, as I’ve just turned 55, really struggling with menopause, but worried about what to take to help with all the horrible symptoms along with the ET ones!

I'm looking at Bioidentical (plant based not synthetic) progesterone and possibly estrogen. I am soon trying testosterone as well. Im hoping to relieve some of the symptoms of menopause, especially the aging factor!

Read the book “ what the doctor may not tell you about menopause “ by John Lee MD.

I get mine from a place in Guernsey called wellsprings serenity but I think there are also other similar products .

Sadly for me I do find alcohol ( my one small glass of red wine) makes my hot flushes worse so cutting that out 😂
