We are very pleased to announce details for four MPN Voice patients’ forums in Chippenham, Oxford, Galway and Chester.
You are very welcome to attend any of the forums regardless of where you live or which hospital you attend, if you are willing to travel we will be happy to see you. You are welcome to bring your family and friends with you.
If you would like to attend any of the forums, we do ask that you book to attend as we are restricted to a maximum capacity at all the venues, which we cannot exceed.
