Pegasys and breast feeding

Hi all,

After some advice... I think that pegasys and breast feeding is contra indicated but I also think that peg is not fully approved in pregnancy? I injected interferon throughout pregnancy and thankfully all went well. I now need to start taking it again. I'm currently breast feeding and would like to continue. I appreciate there probably isn't very much evidence about this but does anyone have any insight? Or has anyone done it? Typed on phone so probably a jumble of a question! Hope it makes some sense! I did and he said it contra indicated but the nurse practitioner for the health visiting team is saying I can. It's all very confusing to know what to do! 😥

She's done some research and said that I would only have to stop if I had hepatitis....
