Colds and flu

Whether this applies to mpners or those with more serious conditions I shall find out! I m inPrague at the moment - flew here on Monday with beginnings of sore throat. Went to bed Tuesday morning and been here ever since - we go home in the morning. Some foul throat cold shivers sweaty thing. Haven t seen a thing of Prague. Happy days! x

Oh Louise, that’s just awful. Hope you’re well enough to travel home.

Hate to rub salt in the wound - but you’re missing out on so much. Prague is just wonderful, so much beautiful architecture. You’ll have to make some plans to re-visit.

Thanks Mary. Must admit I m a tad cheesed off. At least I m in a lovely apartment with a jolly nice bed. Not looking forward to flying home I have to say. Hey ho x

How awful for you Louise,must admit I am dreading our yearly visit to U K ,I always pick up a cold on the ferry,hubby suggests I wear a mask this time.

Not that this helps you ,but my consultant has prescribed vaccinations for every thing except whitewash,just finished the last vac,don't suppose it will keep off the common cold.Hope you soon feel better in your lovely home area,fresh air,cities no matter how lovely are full of germs!Best to you,Sally

What a disappointment for you. When you feel poorly there is no place better than your own bed. But better in an apartment than hotel.

I hope you feel better soon . Then you will have to plan a return visit.
