New evidence that optimists live longer

Post by MPN-MATE Admin » Tue Aug 27, 2019 5:48 am

Hey everyone...

Well, I guess that this might not be a total surprise to most of us, however, I suspect that this article might also connect with the 'Invisible Nature' of having an MPN illness. However, we must be the ones that act on this factor, and always endeavour to remain stubbornly positive and upbeat, in my view... :-0)

All we have to do then, is believe that the findings are valid 😃

Hi Steve,

I totally agree with the findings of that report. I have absolutely no doubt that living life to the full and being grateful for the ordinary things of life (family; friends; etc.) is the key to longevity. Coupled with moderation in all things and positivity rather than negativity, we can all look forward to a full and rewarding life to a ripe old age!!

Thanks for giving us that link.

Best wishes,,

Frank
