HI everyone. Just to say that the Hydroxy. Dose mystery has been sorted out.I take 2 500 mg for. Six days and 500 for one day. Thank you all so very much for your concern and support and I believe love. Feel very tired so am resting a lot.I am having a nurse/ carer a.m and p'm and am being assessed/referred to t he Mental Health Team. Thank you again and sending you all love. Mary
