I have just discovered that No7 now do a factor 30 Lip balm with a 5 star uva rating and it's also hypoallergenic. It's for eyes as well. I've tried it and it's a good product. Can recommend. Always hunting out new sunblocks to protect me from the hydrea damage. Sorry guys , it's a bit shimmery !! Keep protected everyone. Apologies if someone has already posted this.

That’s great news, I need something for my legs, they got badly burnt last year and I still have the scars. Think I’ll try a 50 factor.

That sound good Carolyn. I’ve used Clinique 30 for 15 years, because it was amazing. My husband loved it and he had psoriasis and was very intolerant to other products. One tube got me through the whole summer, since it really spread beautifully and I never had to reapply, even on Greek vacations. UnfortunAtely many of these sun creams have titanium dioxide, which is not good for us. The particles are just as small and pass through the blood brain barrier. Studies are on at the moment. In our Austrian lakes, the TD is now in the sea grasses and also in the fish. It’s come from the swimmers’ suncreams. We have to read the ingredients carefully. Since I’ve rid myself of all produced cosmetics and my home of all chemical cleaning agents, we are moving away from sun lotions. Olive oil is apparently 20 factor protection and coconut oil is 25 and I will see if that works. I’ve been creaming myself (including face) with coconut oil all winter. It is really wonderful. An no, I don’t smell like a coconut cream pie! 🙂 Bit I do smell a bit like a Greek salad! BTW olive oil is excellent around the lower eye lids and corners. Not on the upper lid. No matter what, we all must protect ourselves from burning. I wish all a safe summer.
