What does a normal karyotype means in ET?

I have my BMB results and my heamatologist told me that i have normal karyotype, and no fibrosis. I have mild ET and she didnt mentioned anything about mutations. All this was short conversation from the telephone, just to let me know the results, cause she knew i was very stressed about it. I will meet her next week because we have Easter and she doesnt work. What can you understand by this? When i asked her about mutations ,she told me i dont have,or they havent checked (didnt really understand/remember what exactly told me,i was shaking by fear)

Hi Aneliv9, it really would be best to discuss the results with your haematologist to find out exactly what they are and what it means for you, I understand that you are frightened but we really are unable to advise you what this means as you are unsure of exactly what she said to you. Kind regards, Maz

Mazcd you are very right. I called her and told me that there was no need for genetic mutation tests, cause my ET have been confirmed from my BMB and was clear from fibrosis, and consistent witg mild ET,so for now thats it. Explained that in the future if there is a need (hopefully not), i will check mutations. I just know that 2 years ago,i wasn't jak2+. I take 80mg of something like aspirin (name is salospir, maybe is similar)
