Interesting new research, early days. Not that significant re reducing Allele Burden but initial results appear promising re reducing reticulin fibrosis. Established drug with good tolerance profile.

I’m not sure. Collagen fibrosity is of greater concern than Reticulin re MF. Will this work on Collagen? Whatever, it’s early days but appears a step in the right direction.

There is now a lot of research into MPNs after years of falling below the radar. Has to be highly encouraging re new treatment options within next few years. Evidently arsenic combined with Interferon has produced some great results, albeit in mice! Human trials next step.
