Bmb report wording

Even though my last bmb was poor quality it was re-reviewed by an expert. I’ve pulled up the report from the portal and haven’t yet discussed with the expert. I’m still diagnosed with chronic Essential Thrombocythemia but these two sentences have me concerned. Should I be worried?

- Glycophorin erythroid precursors are present.

- MPO positive myeloid precursors are increased.

Hi Robbjoy, I'm not a medic so can't diagnose but please ring your haematologist and say you're worried and can they set your mind at rest even if it is just a telephone consult. Let us know how you get on. Kindest regards Aime x😺
