The MPN Advocates Network is conducting a global survey of MPN Patients' needs and are inviting you to take part.

We want to understand how MPN patients are living with their conditions around the world, so that we can work towards improving the lives of patients where their needs are not being met. We would be very grateful for your help with this project, by completing a quick online survey. It should take no more than 15 minutes of your time, but the data we gather will be very important for our work going forward.

Your information will be completely anonymous and will not be used for any other purpose than the work on MPN Advocates Network, a non-profit organisation supporting MPN patient groups around the world.
