Thanks for the info. I found the book on Amazon.com in the US & ordered it.

One of the chapters is written by Dr Aaron Gerds from Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, Taussig Cancer Center. He’s my MPN specialist.

I am over the moon to receive this book.
