I’ve been chatting to the patient (Patient 2 in the article above) in complete remission.

“Yes. That’s me. They call me post-PV MF because my 1st doc did phlebotomies when my HCT got especially high in 2012 but I was diagnosed with primary MF in 2007. My bone marrow has always been atypical so the team now thinks I may have had undetected PV. ??? But 2 labs in 2007 said atypical primary MF. Who knows? Anyway, I’m now in cycle 14 and still doing great. Here’s another article: “

This is another useful combo trial, Pegasys plus Ruxo. Looks worth checking out for early stage MF.
