Encouraging discussion of new combo drugs and first mention I’ve seen of BCL-2 inhibitors which sound exciting.
The interviewee says that whilst there is no obvious cure for MF on the horizon, the current strategy is to keep patients alive for say 7 - 8 years by which time next batch of new drugs will be available to give another 7 years. Hence disease can be put on hold indefinitely.
