Benefit of PV?

Thinking about it, as we all get regular blood tests, so some other diseases/conditions may be detected early?

I for one try not to let my PV hinder me in anything I do...

Yes your quite right, my PV was discovered after blood tests connected to a gastric bypass, so lucky in the end.

Good for you. Really hAppy for you. Hasn’t your quality of life been impaired. I’ve lost at least 20% of my energy and I think it’s getting worse. I’ve got ET

Never said PV was good, I feel tired, lack concentration etc, but regular testing should help detect other issues early. I have always been told that my PV would not kill me, I will probably die with it.

I know of a few friends who's diagnosis was too late, regular tests may have identified the problem earlier. One has just been diagnosed stage 4.

Yeah agree, there’s always someone worse off than us. Particularly when you see kids with blood or any other cancers, it shouldn’t happen to them.xx kind regards Aime😺😺
