Hi Steven.
Try keeping your hands warm.
I frequently massage my hands and fingers during the day.
Have you had your calcium levels checked?
Hi Steven
I take Magnesium supplements to reduce cramp. It works most of the time.I also put Epsom Salts in the bath to reduce achest and pains. I think they work.

I have found drinking tonic water has greatly reduced my cramps. I have 150ml can every other day. My consultant warned me that quinine can reduce platelets. Mine are at 39 (not 390) so that could be an issue for me but perhaps a good thing in ET. It's always wise to check with your doctor before adding any supplements or radical changes in your diet. Best wishes, Jan
