Understanding your condition

Hi everyone,

I found this on powerfulpatients.org and, being relatively newly diagnosed myself, I thought it might be useful to other 'newbies' (and maybe a few long-timers too!). It is mostly common sense, but somehow common sense doesn't seem to be that common when the panic sets in at diagnosis ;-) It's not specific to MPNs but it is entirely relevant.
