Was diagnosed in April & have been having regular Venesections since then (around 1 every 3 weeks) My levels are reasonably acceptable at the moment but symptoms remain the same, my consultant says I am now iron deficient & will be introducing Hydrocarbamide very shortly, will this help with the "hitting the wall" tiredness???
