My husband has told me on more than one occasion that I should "bite my tongue" but he didn't mean it literally !! However, since being diagnosed with ET 9 months ago I have bitten my tongue twice - and it takes FOREVER to stop the bleeding. Another small bump in the ET journey.

Yes joys of ET tends to be never ending bleeding for the smallest of cuts!! Know just what you mean even if i get a paper cut at work i bleed bleed 😀😜
Hi, me too been biting my tongue rather often, more then I wanted. At least few times in week. It is quite bad but did not linked it to ET. Never had that before I was diagnosed with ET.
