Goats milk kefir

Hi,

I am asking on behalf of my husband who has ET and is on hydroxycarbomide. I was looking at the health benefits of kefir made with goats milk and it seems good for lots of reasons but is not recommended for immune suppressed people. Is there a problem with taking it while on this medication?

Thanks for any advice,

Jen

Thanks Maz. It would be great to know whether or not he can try it.

Hi Jen, the answer is it should be fine. Maz

I have made kefir with goats milk but when I drank it I had appallingly smelly wind so I gave it up, both for my sake and my family.
