I to also suffer from chronic fatigue I have ET JAK2 positive I told my consultant how I felt and she was very caring and said it would be okay to have a couple hours sleep in the afternoon which would stop me falling asleep in the evening with my laptop on my lap and it ending up on floor in pieces I hope this helps you best wishes stevengeorge
