Thought I'd post this photo to make you all smile! ( sounds as though one or two of you poor souls need cheering up a bit)
This is a photo of our son in law and their new cockapoo puppy Harvey.
James is a pilot and had been up since 3am to captain a flight at 7am and so was feeling a bit pooped! He'd knelt down on the kitchen floor to play with said puppy and they'd both had a mad 15 minutes and then nodded off, so this is how our daughter found them!
Hope you all have a really GOOD day today.
Love
Louise

I'm good thanks, plodding along nicely. Need to get myself kitted out for walking in the cold weather now that summer has finally left us! I need something warmer for my legs. What do you wear in the winter?
I know what you mean, I've just been rooting around in the loft digging out the winter gear.
I swear by M and S thermal vests ( the ones that look like T shirts about 14 quid each ) with a thick sweater over the top! I spotted a Matalan ad for a sweater the other day and thought hmm, that looks ok.
Went in and bought 4 for £25 and £18! Half the price of M and S. Also have a four of m and s men's wool sweaters because they cover my bottom! Can 't be doing with those ghastly flimsy jobs that finish at the waist.
I'll see if I can email the link for the matalan ones.
I tend to wear jeans all the time but have some old ski pants I either wear over the top or on their own if things get really parky.
I Also have some massive boots ( rubber outers and fur lined inners) called Raw Terrain. Will also send link, but you can find by googling. Live in them almost if out walking. Not exactly dainty but brilliant for walking. I have some other warm boots for shopping.
Important to keep warm in our state and I do feel the cold ........xxx
Thanks Louise, perfect. Feel a shopping trip coming on! I find jeans a bit restricting when I'm walking and wear jogging bottoms in the summer but they're just not thick enough for the winter. Maybe some thermals underneath would work? I need to be warm or I just won't go.
Well done Louise ,,you certainly cheered me up ..beautiful puppy ,wonderful red colour I admire .iv never quite achieved this colour despite trying for many years of poodle litters .. Good to hear from you ! Be well ..love from twinkly ..xxx💜
