Wednesday 9th drop in Cambridge

Dont forget the coffee morning get together at scotsdales garden centre ,cambridge.  It's a lovely venue, set in the gardens .  It's this Wednesday 10.30 onwards.

Come and have a relaxing chat, enjoy the company of friends and family who really do understand your worries or problems ,coping everyday with MPD. 

Be nice to see as many people, come for any period of time you like.  It's not formal.
