Injections to fly??

I have been told - following bruising on the back of my knee post flight that I will need an injection prior to travel . Any advise or experience ?

Need to see what your doctors advise. I have ET and have used low molecular weight heparin successfully when flying long haul - self injections once a day for 4 days around each flight, to ward off risk of DVT etc...
