Glad the quinine did the trick Twinkly. I couldn't live without them - I am like a raving lunatic hopping round the room every night without them!!

I have really colourful visions of you nick ,,hopping round the bedroom in your p.j.,s Thinking about it ,,maybe wires crossed and the gods in the sky mistake it for that old Indian rain dance !! That's why we've had a bloody awful rainy summer ! So my suggestion to you is KEEP TAKING THE PILLS !! Love. Twinkly. Xxxxx

Hi Twinkly. Was wondering where you were for a while. Sorry about your cramps but glad they are sorted out now. When you talk about dreams being uninterrupted they must be good dreams. I seem to suffer from lots of bad dreams and sometimes wonder if its the medication mix. I wonder if other members experience this. Nice to see you back Twinkly.x

I do so agree about the bad dreams we seem to get in our broken sleep .always frustrating ,running ,violent ,dreams .with blood often involved .our bodies never relax from so much treatment and alien chemical input ..as you know ,I try to eat and drink healthier options ,almost vegetarian these days .we have to take our medicines ,so try to limit the junk that upsets our digestion ..spinnage ,cabbage ,and kale ..are so good this time of year ,so full of vitamins ...twinkly xx

I too am practically vegetarian with any meat intake at all restricted to chicken or fish. I have PV Twinkly don't know what your MPD is but told to go very easy on iron rich foods. Being in Corfu for a spell I binge on Mediterranean diet with fresh salads most days. Like you I try to help myself as much as I can. Keep well. X

I was diagnosed 4 years ago with PV .i was allowed to have ruxolitinib ,because I volunteered for the Majic trial ,But my results of a bone marrow exam .has now confirmed ,I moved onto MPN..my spleen is slowly growing i was taken off the Majic trial in July .this year. I feel the same except I get bloated and full very easily .so my portions are even smaller ,but the soup I make is so healthy ,I reckon it would win prizes ..crazy daisy your diet sounds great ,I bet you feel the better for it .your positive input is so very appreciated ,,,thank you very much ...
