This forum is being jointly hosted by Dr Nauman Butt, The Royal Liverpool Hospital and Dr Arvind Pillai, Countess of Chester Hospital.

You are very welcome to bring family and friends with you, there is no fee to attend, a complimentary buffet lunch with hot and cold refreshments will be available before and during the forum. To book to attend please email info@mpnvoice.org.uk and include details of what MPN you have and also the name(s) of your guests and any special dietary requirements you or your guests have. Please note you are required to book to attend this forum as we need to know how many people are attending.

Programme

The programme is yet to be finalized, but will include talks from Dr Butt and Dr Pillai, patient stories and breakout groups for each MPN where patients can meet in smaller groups to discuss everyday challenges and swap tips and chat with other people who have the same MPN, there will also be a family/friends group, this gives your family/friends a chance to chat to others about how to help and support you.

Hotel accommodation and parking

The Liner Hotel is very generously offering a concessionary room rate for the night of Friday 2nd October, £59 for a double room, bed and breakfast, this offer is only available for rooms booked for Friday 2nd October, any subsequent nights you may wish to stay will be charged at the normal rate. Hello Alan, please can you email me at info@mpnvoice.org.uk and tell me your wife's name, and could you also tell me if either of you have any special dietary requirements, i.e. gluten free. I do need to have an email contact for you so that I can send you a copy of the programme, and also email you if there are any changes to the date, time etc. Many thanks, Maz.
