Hi My husband is having radiation treatment as I write this. He had 3 months of treatment (twice weekly) earlier in the year. He has MF . The treatment was successful and shrunk the spleen by 50%, but it has started growing again, hence another lot of radiation. He has no side effects at all from the radiation but they only give baby doses. Hopefully your husband treatment works well fir him.

Best wishes, Cheri

Thank you for your reply yes it is mini dose as frank had 11doseaes over a few weeks but fingers crossed the spleen is staying down unfortunately the radiation dropped his platelets to 27 and made him severely anemic so had to have 5 bags of blood he does feel better for having the blood but it's all big worry. Hope you have a better 2016. God bless kisses
