This warm weather certainly brings back the flushes ,I can't tell if it's the PV.or the sunshiney days, But I think I might be melting!!

Sweating isn't just at night for me, I get a drained flush during the day ,,more so as the weather gets warmer . It's strange I used to love the sun ,now I avoid it when possible.

Oh I know exactly how you feel, I was going out of my mind I also had them in Winter with central heating, now I know lots of stuff out of the question HRT,Vit E most Herbal remedies, for most of us, but I have found sage of benefit, its not a miracle cure but lessens mine by about 50% (when I remember to take it,) I believe can't take it long term, and probably best run it past your Doc, hopes it works for you, let me know,Take Care
