Has anyone on Ruxolitnib/JAKAFI experienced the drug impacting negatively on Warfarin? I'm wondering how now do I protect against clots?

Hi Selkie, you need to speak to your haematologist about this so that they can prescribe an alternative to the warfarin, then hopefully you will be spending Christmas in the sun. Maz

Thanks Maz. Inaep by injection was first choice, then abandoned. Now not on any thinner!
