Advice on surgical procedure to extract sperm

Hi,

I hope someone on here can advise whether they've had to go down the path of surgery due to azoospermia in their semen sample? We're not 100% sure what this entails and it's scaring my OH as he's not a fan of going under local.

I think you need to try a different forum.

This forum is for people that for different reasons are not trying to conceive and for help coming to terms with that.
