I have been having regular headaches for the last couple of months. Weirdly it happens every other Friday...I couldn't sleep at all last night. I am worried that I might be sufferring from migraine but not sure what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You could keep a diary (there are some to download on the internet). It can help to keep a detailed list of what you eat & drink / do / how much sleep you get / what time you go to bed & get up / medication you take, etc etc, every day for several weeks. Then you might see a pattern forming which could give you & your GP some clues as to what's going on. If the headaches get really bad / worse then don't wait, go & see your GP sooner.

Some people find that changes to their sleep can trigger an attack

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
