Botox

I had Botox for chronic migraine 3 weeks ago and had a migraine when I had the treatment. Been having it for about 3 years but had to wait this time due to COVID. I have been poorly with migraine on and off ever since. Had anyone ever had Botox whilst suffering a migraine and found it’s made them worse?

I had to wait for mine, too, and also had a migraine during injections. That was over two weeks ago and I’m still bruised and sore at several injection sites (usually only lasts the day of), but I haven’t had an issue with it causing more migraines. I did have a round about a year and a half ago that gave me a migraine that lasted over a week & had horrible jaw pain with it- I think he hit a nerve wrong with one of the shots. I did TMJ exercises and warm compresses and it eventually went away. So sorry that you are dealing with this. Hope relief comes soon.
