We were very saddened to hear the news today that NICE has not approved the new migraine drug, Aimovig, for use within the NHS in England and Wales.

We know many migraine sufferers will be very upset by this, as we have seen how life changing this new drug can be for some of our patients.

I'm disappointed, but not the least bit surprised. I suppose we shall have to wait until the patent expires and the price comes down, or evidence shows greater efficacy than botox.

It is very sad OilyWiggles and I think the drug companies are so very greedy. it's very sad. Hopefully, the drug will become available as soon as possible.
