Aura migraine

I have aura migraine I has visual hearing disturbances i get the numb from my nose to my toes and the last one i had I was very confused because of the aura I struggle with this and the after effects for days I feel terrible and urs really y upsetting for me I have bad anxiety so it's even worse when am ill

I know lorna it’s horrible I felt the same, after first few wouldn’t go out, wouldn’t drive totally scared and no confidence, , but the anxiety takes over your life and you can’t go on like that, I found that im not giving in to it they are awful and freak me out but I wouldn’t give in to them I accepted that they are going to happen now and then, and the calmer i can stay the easier to get through them , few days of feeling muzzy and weird, but hopefully can get on with things, you’re not alone in this , wishing you an easier time stay strong 💪

Also mine seem to be connected to neck osteoarthritis so get numb arm hand to its my nerves being pinched, might be worth checking out, as everyone is different

I have had migraines with aura all my life. I am in my 70s now and they are getting much more frequent. I have been having neck stiffness and do have osteoarthritis in other parts of my body. From your post I am wondering if neck osteoarthritis could be part of the problem.
