Does anyone suffer with cluster headaches?

Hi there I was diagnosed with cluster headaches in 2017 although I actually think they are more like Hemicrania continua. Is there anything I can help you with?

How often do u get cluster headache? I seem to get them most days but they only last for about 10minutes.

I was getting them every day for 4 months until I got them under control with medication. I also ended up getting medication overuse headaches in between the clusters because I was taking too many painkillers. It was not a pleasant time!

As mine last for such a short time I do not find medication helps.I have yet to find what triggers them.I tend to get them at the same time often when I go walking.

I have been diagnosed with Hemicrania continua although probably not as severe as CH they are constant

I was getting headaches everyday. Usually started in the night about the same time 3am. Lasted till the afternoon sometimes longer. Gradually they have decreased in intensity and frequency. Now getting about 15 a month. I have had the daith piercing, I take high dose magnesium, VitB2 and turmeric. I do daily head and neck exercises also CV exercise. Something has obviously helped but not sure which. Maybe a combination of all
