Does anyone get palpitations with their migraine? I have had constant vestibular migraine for over 2 years now and occasionally get isolated skipped heartbeats (ectopic beats/PACs/PVCs) that are more frequent when my migraine severity is worst. Anyone else?

Migraine palpitations
Yes. It looks like I have Atrial Fibrillation.
I have seen a study that suggests triptans can bring this on although I think I've had this since before I began taking them. It's hard to get it picked up on a test if you have occasional episodes but ask your doctor.
Hi I have ectopic heartbeats which I can hear when I lie down and go to sleep. I don't know if I am having them at other times. I wish I knew more about them, and if they were connected to migraines. I have daily headaches with a migraine overlay triggered by exertion and bright lights and screens, a causation of a brain injury 14 years ago.
You can ask for an ECG or even a 24 hour ECG to find out if they are just 'normal' missed beats or if there's something else going on.
I did a quick search and there are some studies which indicate a link between migraine and CVD eg: livescience.com/61594-migra...
I think the sheer physical stress on the body of the terrible pain and other symptoms of migraine, the fear of not knowing when it will strike or how often, how bad it will be, and the enforced inactivity for long periods of time are contributing factors whether there's an underlying problem or not.
I suffer from cluster headaches, migraine in between my cluster cycle and atrial fibulation. I go into AF on the same day my CH cycle kicks in and I have permanent irregular beats that are worse when my headaches are bad. I am a believer that there is a connection between head and heart. Maybe it’s the vegal nerve that runs right through both.
